Charleston Charmer is intended for relaxation and enjoying the river lifestyle. To preserve the experience for future guests and our neighbors, parties, events, excessive noise, and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Day visitors must be approved by the host in advance. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

There is no smoking of ay kind on the property, inside or outside. This includes tobacco products, e-cigarettes/vapes, and cannabis products.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor conversations, music, and television volumes at a reasonable level.

Use river and dock access at your own risk. No diving from the dock. Guests are responsible for following all boating, kayaking, and water safety guidelines. Children (under 18 years of age)must be supervised at all times near the water.

Our cleaning team arrives 15 minutes after check-out to prepare for next guests, so the 11am check-out time is firm. Unless previously approved by the host, any guests checking out after the 11am contracted time will result in a $100/hour late check-out fee.

Property maintenance:

- Report any damage or maintenance concerns when you discover them.

- Furniture should not be moved without permission.

- Please remove excessive mud or river debris before entering.

- No cooking with strong smelling spices. (The smells stay in the carpet and drapes and are unable to removed before the next guests.)

At check-out, please leave the key where you found it.
